Sales Manager [Vietnam]

 

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify opportunities of airfreight business and build up relationships with clients.
• Actively build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Explore opportunities and service offerings and potential value-added solutions to the customer.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Ensure that rate/space enquires from Clients are responded on timely manner.
• Arrange contract, credit agreement and AR with clients.
• Territories cover entire Vietnam.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets KPI by managing of sales team leader.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Skills:

• 3-5 years’ experience in the sales function in logistics /supply chain related industry.
• Industry recognized professional with established key contacts.
• Regional and local market knowledge and commercial understanding
• Highly self-motivated and assertive.
• Work efficiently under pressure.
• Fluent in English or Chinese.
• Computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft office, outlook, etc.
