Job Description
- Plans and oversees strategic, operational, technical and administrative services.
- Analyses, designs, and implements performance & optimisation systems and procedures to improve operations performance.
- Manages and provides leadership to each of the department Managers with their day to day tasks.
- Provides strategic advice and recommendations to the management in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practices, and procedures within the department.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in a management level role.
- Bachelor's degree or Masters in Engineering, Business or Management studies.
- Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organising, prioritising, and scheduling work assignments.
- Skill in examining and re-engineering practices and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies.
