(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)*** Purpose of the Job/Job Mission:Responsibility for job allocation and job flow/ material in the workshop (Paint & Assembly) including job scheduling. Strengthen 5S basic and on time delivery.
*** Essential Functions:
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Evaluate paint samples
- Plan the assembly of products
- Assign daily working task for team members.
- Delegating tasks to team members
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
- Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team
- Manage working area is safe and organized (5S)
- Cost controlling of managing department (consumable/tools/equipment…)

*** Working location: Lot B4, Street No.6, Hoa Binh IZ, Nhi Thanh, Thu Thua, Long AnWe have shuttle bus from HCM to Long An
*** Education and Experience:
- College or university degree with technical background
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience.
- Intermediate communication in English (listening/reading/writing)
- Experience with assembly/painting is plus
- On-the-job training.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
- Computer literate.
- Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
